Huaxia Real Estate was established in September 2018 with activities of Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage and Leasing Property Brokerage in Dubai. The office is located in Binary Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Comprising of commercial and residential developments as its commencement of the Company, we look forward for expansion throughout the UAE.

Our team is highly grown & trained sales brokers that boasting specialized sales brokers in 16 areas. And even after the pandemic, Huaxia Real estate is on the rise; with our clientele growing to colossal numbers.

Huaxia Real Estate outgrows its offer and move to its current Headquarters in Lake Central Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. The team is dedicated and experienced brokers focusing on all freehold and offplan projects in Dubai.

Huaxia Real Estate developed a state of the art property CRM system while continuing to focus on online marketing and building a ready property database. Huaxia Real Estate is well known and dominating the market and assigned as Preferred Channel Partner of Sobha Hartland. We opened our first Holiday Homes company to cater to the increasing demand for our services.
