Meet Xingye (Black) Pang, originally from China is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Huaxia Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge and experience of the Dubai Real Estate market having started her career in the region back in 2013.

Black offers a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the industry, the legislation and has a keen ability to quickly translate investors property needs into reality; locally and internationally. Black’s experience allows her to focus on negotiating strategic, innovative and fresh ways to manage and protect client’s real estate portfolios.

Spending time educating owners about the best ways to attract, manage and secure appropriate returns. Black’s ultimate goal is to continue to build lifelong relationships with her clients to assist them and their families with all their current and future property needs.
