Born in 1984, Jovan Malivuk hails from Serbia. He pursued his education at the University of Novi Sad, obtaining a Master of Laws degree. With his legal expertise, he embarked on a career as a lawyer, representing some of the largest corporations in his home country. Jovan provided guidance and advice in various real estate transactions, including property auctions, land development investments, and residential and commercial real estate dealings. As his experience grew, he also ventured into the world of investing.

In 2014, Jovan decided to take a leap of faith and moved to Dubai to pursue a career in real estate. Starting from scratch, he began his journey as a real estate agent, specializing in renting and selling properties on the secondary market. However, his ambition and determination led him to explore new opportunities, and in 2016, he transitioned to the off-plan market.

During this time, Jovan joined Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s largest private real estate developers. He spent five years with the company, initially working as a Property Consultant. As Azizi Developments experienced rapid growth, Jovan’s dedication and expertise propelled him to the position of Director of Sales. In this role, he managed a team of over 300 agents, providing them with daily guidance and support in the real estate industry.

After his successful tenure at Azizi Developments, Jovan embarked on a new career chapter. Currently, he serves as the Sales Director at Huaxia Real Estate, a Chinese-founded company. Huaxia Real Estate is an award-winning and highly regarded brokerage agency in Dubai known for its exceptional customer service. Jovan’s role involves overseeing the sales department and ensuring clients’ satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Jovan has been instrumental in helping clients build successful investment portfolios in Dubai.
