Apartments of the hotel with 1 – 4 bedrooms are designed in the modern style using high-quality finishing materials and branded appliances. 166 spacious rooms created in one concept, a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and spacious balconies. Grand Kata VIP offers various ondominium room types with private pools, 2 floors penthouse for a big company, and cozy rooms for two, studios, or families rooms.

The main hall of Grand Kata VIP hotel offers a spacious public space with a reception desk and it connects with the restaurant, making it the perfect place for meetings. The Chaba Restaurant has 120 seats and serves Thai and International cuisine on an A la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet serving daily from 7 am to 10 am.

The roof areas are public and feature an infinity pool, sky bar, and fitness club. The pool bars are located in each building and offer a classic menu with soft drinks, signature cocktails, and popular quick bites such as burgers, sandwiches & pizzas.
